1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any adventure activity with Oxygen Adventures Adventure Sports Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Oxygen Adventures.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

Participation in our adventure activities requires meeting specific eligibility criteria:

• Minimum age: 18 years for extreme sports; 16 years for moderate activities with parental consent
• Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
• Participants must complete and sign the risk acknowledgment and waiver forms
• For international participants: Valid passport and necessary permits
• Certain activities may have additional age, weight, or height restrictions

3. Bookings & Payments

Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST as applicable
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers
• All adventure equipment is included in the package price unless specified otherwise

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking
• Balance payment due 30 days before adventure start date
• Last-minute bookings (within 7 days) require full payment

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Adventure sports involve significant planning and resource allocation. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering our operational costs:

Customer Cancellations

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 8-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• 0-7 days before departure: No refund

Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule adventures due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• Natural disasters or emergencies
• Insufficient participants (minimum 4 required for group adventures)
• Government restrictions or permit issues

In such cases, we offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Adventure sports involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated
• You must follow all safety instructions from our guides at all times
• Failure to follow instructions may result in immediate expulsion without refund
• You are responsible for your own safety awareness and decision-making
• You will wear all provided safety equipment properly

6. Health & Fitness Requirements

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before booking. Certain activities may require medical clearance.

• High-altitude treks require acclimatization and fitness
• Pregnant women cannot participate in extreme sports
• Participants with heart conditions, epilepsy, or severe asthma require medical clearance
• You must inform guides of any medication you are taking

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Adventure Code of Conduct:

• Respect fellow participants, guides, and local communities
• No alcohol or drugs before or during activities
• Follow "Leave No Trace" environmental principles
• No littering or damaging natural habitats
• Adhere to designated adventure routes and areas
• Respect wildlife and maintain safe distances

8. Insurance & Liability

Insurance Coverage

• We provide basic accident insurance for all participants
• Coverage limit: ₹5,00,000 per person for medical emergencies
• We strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance
• Insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions

Liability Limitations

Oxygen Adventures is not liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Acts of nature or force majeure events

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection of personal information for booking and safety purposes
• Sharing emergency contact information with guides
• Use of photos/videos for promotional purposes (opt-out available)
• Secure storage of your data as per Indian data protection laws

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

For major changes, we will notify customers who have upcoming bookings at least 30 days in advance.
